Angove Family Winemakers Warboys Shiraz Grenache is made with handpicked grapes from the winery's organic Warboys Vineyard in McLaren Vale.

The Shiraz fruit is chilled and sees some pre-ferment maceration. A portion of this cold Shiraz is placed in the bottom of small fermenters with Grenache crushed on top. Another portion is added to whole bunches of Grenache.

At the end of fermentation the wine is basket pressed, with both the free run and pressings portion transferred to seasoned French oak to age for 10 months.

Deep crimson, Angove Family Winemakers Warboys Shiraz Grenache has spicy red and dark fruit flavours, silky tannins and great length. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
